4. Baked-to-Order Products, Shipping, and Refunds
Our products are baked to order. Standard orders typically ship within 2–3 business days; rush and overnight options are available as described on the Site. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Because our products are perishable food items baked to order, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect — in that case, contact us at info@dsoftreats.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
5. Allergen Notice
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and other allergens. Even products without these listed ingredients may come into contact with them. 6. Promotions and Gift Orders
Promotions, discount codes, and offers are subject to their stated terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. For gift orders, you are responsible for providing accurate recipient information.
