At this time, we do not offer gift certificates.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION

Our products may contain and are prepared in a kitchen where milk, wheat, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts are used. We are not gluten-free, but we are gluten-free friendly.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship your order Priority Mail via USPS. If you require overnight shipping, we will use either FedEx or UPS.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship our treats within the continental U.S. Alaska & Hawaii will be charged overnight fees.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is always free in the continental United States.

CAN I OVERNIGHT MY ORDER?

Yes, you can for $60.00.

DO YOU SHIP TO AFOS/APOS?

No, sorry, we do not.

HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE?

Turnaround time is 3-4 Business Days; however, most orders are shipped within 1-2 Business Days.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you need to cancel an order, contact us at info@dsoftreats.com within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. If you cancel after 24 hours of placing the order, you will be given store credit. We know each case is different and are willing to make acceptations in some cases.

CAN I ADD TO AN ORDER?
