  • Monday – Friday: 6 am – 6 pm
  • Saturday: 7 am – 2 pm
  • Sunday: Closed
ORDERING OPTIONS
  • Standard Orders: Most ship within 2–3 business days (sometimes faster!).
  • Rush Orders: $45 extra guarantees shipment within 48 hours.
  • Specialty & Bulk Orders: Email us at info@dsoftreats.com for custom requests.

  • Free Shipping:  On all order (contiguous U.S. only).
  • Carriers: We ship via UPS. Local in-person delivery may be available for select zip codes—email us to check!
  • Shipping Timeframes: Standard shipping typically arrives 2–7 business days after fulfillment.
CANCELLATIONS
  • To cancel and receive a full refund, call us at (866) 640-5141 within 24 hours of ordering.
  • Cancel after 24 hours: You’ll receive store credit. No exceptions.
