Returns
No Returns or Refunds on Perishable Food Items: Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any food items once they have been shipped or delivered. The only exception is if you cancel your order by phone at (866) 585-5390 within 24 hours of placing your order; in that case, you are eligible for a full refund as described below. All sales are final upon delivery.

Full Refund Eligibility
To cancel your order and receive a full refund, you must:
- Call us at (866) 585-5390 within 24 hours of placing your order
- Speak directly with our customer service team during business hours
- Provide your order number and contact information
Store Credit Policy
Cancellations after 24 hours will receive store credit equal to the full order amount. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Store credit features:
- Valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance; the expiration date will be clearly disclosed at the time of issuance and in your account/order communications
- Can be applied to any future purchase on our website
- Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Store credit codes will be emailed within 2-3 business days
- Store credit is not a gift certificate; expiration does not apply to purchased gift certificates, which never expire under California law
How to Request Cancellation
Phone Only: All cancellation requests must be made by calling (866) 585-5390. We do not process cancellations via email, website contact forms, or social media.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or contains a product defect, please contact us immediately at (866) 585-5390. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacement or a refund at our discretion.
